Organic Sprouting Seeds Tendril Pea

Tendril peas produce the tenderest of pea shoots and can be produced throughout the year on a bright warm windowsill. They produce a robust, tender Shoot in 10 – 21 days (depending on your climate, time of year and for how long you grow them). The shoots sprouts are tender, juicy and equally perfect in salads or stir fry. Not suited to sprouting jars.

Cultivation Advice Organic Sprouting Seeds Tendril Pea

· Best grown in any container with drainage holes with a small amount of growing medium at the base. A seed tray is equally fine.
· Sow thinly, about a pea width between seeds and cover lightly with growing medium. Place in a warm bright draft free location. Keep moist by standing container in water rather than watering from surface.
· Peas shoots can be harvested from 3-5 inches high by simply cutting with scissors as required. Shoots will re-grow provided 3-4 cuttings from each sowing.
