Hot Chilli Pepper Numex Pinata. Developed by The New Mexico State University in 1997, NuMex Pinata is a multicolored jalapeno. The fruits are standard Jalapeno size, hotness with the same distinctive flavour except they change from bright green to bright yellow then to orange and finally to red. Can be harvested at any stage / colour.

Keep moist and feed when flowering with tomato type fertiliser.
Harvest at any point once the fruits have changed from their green state.
